By accessing or using Head 2 Head ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Head 2 Head is a platform for tracking competitive matches between friends, maintaining ELO ratings, and viewing leaderboards. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You may not impersonate other people or create misleading profiles.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading match results
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Create fake profiles or manipulate ratings
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post (match recaps, photos, profile information). By posting content, you grant Head 2 Head a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Match Disputes
Match results can be verified or disputed by participants. Head 2 Head is not responsible for resolving disputes between players. Disputed matches may be excluded from rating calculations.
7. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report profiles or activity they believe violates these terms. We review reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ELO ratings and win predictions are for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
